Aventus Group is Australia’s largest fully-integrated owner, manager and developer of large format retail centres in Australia.


In 2018/19 Aventus partnered with Diana and Andrea at Stratshops to roll out a tailored leadership program which would challenge a team well versed in learning and development.


The content was agreed and the modular delivery staggered to accommodate individual leadership projects.

Diana and Andrea worked closely with Sandra Francis, Head of Talent and Culture at Aventus, to ensure maximum participation over a seven month period enabling the learning to be embedded through workplace application and constant review. Through close collaboration the Aventus and Stratshops teams created a program and experience appropriate to the Aventus positive and progressive culture, one of the many strengths of this highly successful organisation.
